- How do I sign in?
- Use the organization code, email, and password from your school. The login page offers Student / Teacher / Organization. You may need to change your password on first sign-in.
- Can't find your organization code?
- Contact your school administrator or your DodoSpeak sales contact.
- Microphone not working?
- Check browser and system microphone permissions and unmute; then refresh and try again.
- How do students complete a teacher-assigned speaking task?
- After signing in as a student, open the task from Home or Speaking → To-do, allow the microphone, and start.
- How do teachers assign tasks?
- Sign in as a teacher, then use Tasks to assign a speaking task or speaking exam to a class.
- Where do teachers manage classes?
- Teachers and students can use Space in the App for class interaction and task suggestions; creating, closing, and reporting on classes stay in the organization console. Details in the Help Center.
- How do I view reports?
- Students use Record for practice history; teachers use Reports for class overview, export/reports, and trend curves.
- What is voice identity verification?
- It confirms the learner is the enrolled person. It is not the same as pronunciation scoring. Whether it is on depends on organization policy.
- How is oral placement different from a speaking exam?
- Oral placement is an optional Home diagnostic with a suggested band and certificate-style reference tags; it never auto-changes class difficulty. Speaking exams are formal assessments assigned by teachers with retained scores. Copy and flow stay distinct.
- What if practice time runs out?
- If the organization set planned practice minutes, students can request extra time for teacher approval.
- How is DodoSpeak Oral different from the DodoSpeak App?
- The App is the full teaching product (student / teacher / organization). DodoSpeak Oral embeds speaking in your existing system—accounts and the student UI stay yours. For embed-only, start an Oral Console trial; for the full product, use Start Trial. Contact us when you scale.
