The first time you bring teachers and students into DodoSpeak

Intake means people enter the teaching site

Before real teaching, teachers, students, and classes live in DodoSpeak. A pilot class can be added in the console; larger groups use a spreadsheet file; an existing student system may use a data connection. That is academic intake so teachers can assign and students can sign in.

Not the same as Oral embed

Oral puts practice and exams inside your product; accounts stay yours. Do not use intake docs to implement Oral, and do not use Oral embed instead of importing users.

First time

Import one pilot class, confirm a teacher can assign and a student can sign in, then scale. Fields and errors are in Help Center.
